Biography
Dr. Parks is an Academic Specialist in Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University (MSU). Before joining MSU, he was the Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in the Global History of Medicine at Brown University. Dr. Parks earned a B.A. from New York University, a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, and a Ph.D. in the History of Medicine at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
