Biography
Dr. Rowan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Program Leader for International Programs in Merida, Mexico. He received a US Army scholarship for medical school, and upon graduation, he became an Army captain, completing his internship year at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.
