Kurt Richter, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Richter is the Deputy Director for the Global Center for Food Systems Innovation (GCFSI) and has over twenty years of involvement in higher education and international development. Dr. Richter has worked in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and has held long-term leadership roles in Guatemala, Colombia, Afghanistan, and the Republic of Georgia. Dr. Richter has led Human and Institutional Capacity Development projects focused on higher education, research, and innovation i
