MOHIP Webinar on April 7, 2026: Bovine Tuberculosis and One Health with Dr. James Averill of Michigan State University. Webinar time is 9 a.m. eastern time or 8 p.m. Indochina Time
Join Dr. James Averill, Associate Director of AgBioResearch at Michigan State University’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, as he discusses the One Health impact of Bovine Tuberculosis (bTB). 

Globally, bTB remains endemic in many low- and middle-income countries and contributes to zoonotic tuberculosis cases in humans. Dr. Averill’s research highlights the need for integrated research, education and surveillance systems that strengthen cross-sector collaboration to prevent and control emerging epidemics.
