Join members of the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine Global Health Studies Program for a webinar hosted by MSU Global Health Institute Medical Director Dr. Jodi Flanders. Dr. Flanders will discuss current statistics in human trafficking in the United States and around the world, including common forms, signs and symptoms, and practical strategies for recognizing and responding to individuals who may be experiencing trafficking.
Dr. Flanders' work focuses on educating healthcare workers, faith-based and community organizations, and incarcerated individuals, with lectures delivered locally, nationally, and internationally on human trafficking, emphasizing prevention, early recognition, and survivor-centered recovery.
