Join the MSU Global Health Institute for a Mekong One Health Innovation Program (MOHIP) guest lecture led by Dr. Channarong Rodkhum, Director of the Center of Excellence in Fish Infectious Diseases at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
Dr. Rodkhum’s webinar will explore how integrating One Health principles into aquaculture can enhance productivity, safeguard aquatic ecosystems, and address antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The webinar will also highlight alternatives to antibiotics and practical approaches for preventing health and food-safety hazards associated with aquaculture.
Dr. Channarong Rodkhum has over 20 years of experience working as a fish Veterinarian. He has published many peer-reviewed articles, with high citations and an H-index. His research emphasizes fish infectious diseases, fish vaccine development, fish-pathogen interactions, and One Health in aquaculture. The current research project is “Alternative to Antibiotics and One Health in Aquaculture”. He has co-edited books related to Aquaculture. He has experience working on international aquaculture projects.
