EAST LANSING, MI – Dr. Jodi Flanders, professor at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and member of MSU’s Global Health Institute, received the 2025 Earnest A. Allaby Award from DOCARE International on November 3.
The Earnest A. Allaby Award is the highest honor bestowed by DOCARE, an international medical outreach organization dedicated to providing healthcare to underserved communities worldwide. Recipients are recognized for demonstrating outstanding commitment and leadership for medical outreach programs and exceptional dedication to DOCARE’s mission. Specifically, Dr. Flanders’ outreach and medical program contributions to communities in Peru were mentioned.
